SIMON WEBSTER
Cakefully Yours
Simon Webster has spent the past 18 years honing his craft as a pastry chef. He was born in Sydney where he started his training and then moved to London to develop his skills and knowledge.
Here he has worked in all areas in the Pastry-making industry: from the Hotel Brown's in Mayfair and Michelin starred Restaurant Nobu Park Lane. He has continued his training in Chocolate with courses at Callebaut and Valhrona, cake decorating at Peggy Porschen Academy and Art and Cake courses at the Victorian and Albert Museum that infuse his passion of art, design and sugar.
In 2011 he established his new venture "Cakefully Yours", here working along with his wife, he has been able to flourish and express himself designing and creating original and artistic wedding cakes and desserts. Simon Webster is able to create a perfect eclectic mixture between classic pastry, design and cake decorating techniques.
