ELISEO TONTI
Decor&Chocolat, c'est magnifique!
Eliseo Tonti has created a new and unique decorating technique based on simplified and rational forms and lines. After having attended some schools of pastry making, his teacher encouraged his enthusiasm and he opened his own pastry shop in Vevey (Charlie Chaplin and James Mason were his customers).
He has been teaching for 30 years in the Professional School in Lausanne and Montreux. He was appointed coach of the Swiss Candidates by the Commission of vocational training for the official UIPCG competitions.
Between 1989 and 1999 he won numerous International Awards, including the Gold Medal at the Worlds Pastry Championships. Moreover, he was named Pastry Chef of the year 2000-2001 at the Italian Master Pastry Academy.
