A perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
Dario Ranza, born in Bergamo, is considered among the top dozen chefs in Switzerland.
After a training period in Genev, he began working all over Switzerland. For the last 20 years the kitchen of Principe Leopolodo Restaurant has been in his hands.
A modern cuisine, gently renewing both classical tradition and the various regional delicatessen; a culinary art which draws inspiration from Mediterranean flavours and scents, adapting them to the season.
He partecipated to many gastronomic events and reached the finals at numerous International competitions, such as Bocuse d'Or, Taittinger.
