IGINIO MASSARI
The Master of Italian Master Pastry Maker.
Known as the King of the Panettone, Iginio Massari is the most famous Italian Master pastry maker with his creative and innovative desserts.
Iginio Massari is highly regarded in the International Pastry Community. He was coach and president of the Italian team that won the Pastry World Cup in Lyon in 1997as well as the Pastry World Champions in Rimini in 2004. Member from 1985 of the prestigious international association "Relais Desserts" gathering the best world confectioners aiming at quality.
In 1993 he founded the Italian Academy of Master Pastry Makers.
Iginio Massari is the author of several books in the confectionery-gastronomic sector such as Armonie, Monumenta and Oro Colato which is the exaltation of the quality of chocolate.
