DAVIDE MALIZIA
The art of sugar.
Davide Malizia, born in Rome with Sicilian origins, got his diploma with full marks and he attended several schools in Rome, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Spain and United States, specialising in sugar creations under the guide of top and international masters.
In 2006 such deep passion made him win 4 gold medals at the World Championships in Luxemburg - World Culinary Cup and in 2007 he founded the Sugar Dreams, the first laboratory in Italy dedicated to the artistic sugar.
In 2010 he was a member of Italian Pastry Chef National team at the World Pastry Championship in United States , winnging the title of vice world Champion.
In 2012 he bacame AMPI Master and he spreads his knowledges and the decoration culture.
He also recently became WORLD CHAMPION OF SUGAR ART (RIMINI, January 2013).
