Desire Cake.
Letizia Grella's cakes are glam, elegant, sophisticated and always very attentive to details. Letizia Grella is a very passionate cake designer who divides her time between New York, the birthplace of her inspirations, and Rome, where there is her creative workshop. She combines the tradition and quality of Italian cakes with the surprising decoration of American cakes.
Whether playful or romantic, Letizia Grella's cakes "are made to vibrate the souls of those who want to stop for a moment, counterpointing with joy and lightness" - as she likes to remind to her customers and students.
In 2010 she published her first book La Torta che vorrei, a real manual of decorative techniques. Then in 2012 she published Wedding Cakes, entirely dedicated to wedding cakes. She partecipated to numerous events and competitions such as Galà delle Stelle, International Gourmet Summit dedicated to 54 Michelin starred Chef and Reed Gourmet into the Sigep.
