These are the prestigious references that the young René Frank has accumulated since 2005, without mentioning the master at the court of Alain Ducasse and at the Culinary Institute of America.
Just think that he became Executive Pastry Chef almost by accident, because during his first important internship there was no other vacancies in the kitchen. But René Frank was able to turn this challenge into an opportunity that brought out his great talent.
Thanks to the numerous and different experiences René Frank has already developed his own style: modern with the chocolate in the center, his selected ingredient and his passion, especially used for his light creations and often embellished with a fruity component and bittersweet.
