Art&Pastry celebrates art in all its forms. Graphic Design is one of the most expressive. CiokArt Cup is a competition dedicated to students, apprentice and trainee.

Art&Pastry Trophy

Official awards ceremony: Sunday, March 3 – H 14:30
A special Career Achievement Award that elects The Swiss Pastry Chef who best helped make famous the art of Swiss confectionery in the world.
The award was constituted by "Gastronomie & Tourisme", the Swiss magazine always careful to recognize the merits of catering professionals and media partner of Art&Pastry Festival. The "pastry chef of the year" will be chosen by a special jury, chaired by the director of "Gastronomie & Tourisme» Alberto Dell'Acqua and assisted by experts Nereo Cambrosio (teacher and master of the art of pastry white), Massimo Turuani (president of the Society master bakers, pastry chefs and confectioners of the Canton Ticino) and chef Dario Ranza.
