The Fine Arts meets the Gourmet Pastry Cuisine: it is an explosion of senses!
Art&Pastry is the first International Festival dedicated to the gourmet pastry, which combines the passion for taste and the commitment for quality.
The 2nd and 3rd of March 2013 the Convention Centre in Lugano will be transformed into a sweet wonderland: maître chocolatier, master pastry chef, chef and cake designer internationally well known will show and explain trends and innovations and new techniques of haute patisserie.

The two-day festival with its conferences, masterclasses, workshops and exhibitions will be a real show in the middle of art and haute cuisine, targeting both professionals and lovers.

The Italian food and wine journalist and writer Davide Paolini will be the moderator of the conference. He has penned the food and wine guide for the national Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore for 25 years and contributes articles relating to agro-food issues to the same newspaper. He is the presenter of the Gastronauta on Radio 24, and has published several articles. Davide teaches at the culinary school of the University of Parma and has created many food and wine events. Davide will guide Art&Pastry's guests into a journey throughout the five senses.
